What You'll Be Doing...

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by taking a proactive approach to understanding customer needs and providing expert advice.
  • Educate customers on relevant financial products and services, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Build comprehensive plans to help customers achieve their financial goals, using a holistic approach.
  • Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Develop and grow the branch business by delivering against individual and team sales goals, focusing on a positive customer experience.

What You Need to Succeed...

  • Have a strong appetite for building customer relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Be able to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment, aligning with customer goals.
  • Be able to uncover and solve customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
  • Hold a Mutual Funds license and be working towards the CIFP Diploma.
