About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bakery Production Specialist to join our team at KJE Investments Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
  • Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of production to ensure high-quality products.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements
