Job Title: Cable Sales Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Cable Sales Agent to join our team at Mass Markets. As a Cable Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling cable services to customers, resolving customer complaints, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell cable services to customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
