Job DetailsJob Summary

Aquatech Canadian Water Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Hydrovac Operator to join our team in Cochrane, Alberta. As a Hydrovac Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our fleet of vacuum trucks, as well as performing CCTV inspections and other related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain vacuum trucks, including performing minor repairs and maintenance
  • Conduct CCTV inspections and other related tasks
  • Report all major problems with the truck to the Special Services Supervisor
  • Complete service reports, pre-trips, hazards, copies/pictures of training certificates
  • Assist coworkers as required
Requirements
  • Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver's License with Air Brakes Endorsement Certificate
  • At least 3 years of driving experience with 5-ton trucks or larger
  • Relevant experience in swamping, operating sewer flushers, or CCTV units
  • Previous water, vacuum, flushing, and Hydrovac experience
  • Ability to drive both standard and automatic transmissions
  • Ability to troubleshoot minor issues on the fly
  • Knowledge of axle weights and DOT regulations
