About the Role

This is a minimum 12 month hybrid contract role that offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team on large-scale finance transformation projects.

The successful candidate will have experience managing project teams and controlling project schedules, with a strong background in finance transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts to define project scope and develop project materials.
  • Oversight of project purpose and status, with the ability to support project-level activity to ensure goals are met.
  • Managing project communication, scope, schedule risk assessment, quality standards, cost, and resources within a dynamic matrix environment.
  • IDentifying and mitigating project risks.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7 years experience managing large scale projects.
  • Cross-functional business change management experience (i.e. people, process and tools).
  • 3 years of experience with finance transformation based projects.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Stage Gate/Phase Gate.
  • Knowledge of PMLC and PMP Certification.
