Personal Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at RT Medical. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide care and support to individuals who need assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide companionship and social support
  • Take clients for outings or exercise
  • Perform basic meal preparation and light housekeeping duties
  • Remind clients about their medication and appointments
Requirements:
  • Valid Personal Support Worker Certificate from a Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities or the Ministry of Education approved program
  • Ability to stand, bend, walk, crouch, kneel, and reach
  • Ability to lift 50lbs (23 kg) independently
  • Valid Standard First Aid and Level C CPR
  • Updated immunization records
  • Clear criminal background check and Vulnerable sector check
