Customer Service Representative

At Scilltech, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Concord. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional service while managing various projects and customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members, always maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Utilize technical skills in QAD systems, Excel (including VLOOKUP and pivot tables), Tableau, and data analysis tools to extract insights and improve processes.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
  • Lead team initiatives by delegating tasks and managing daily operations.
  • Employ strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address customer concerns promptly.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn independently to enhance personal and team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • 2-3 years of managerial experience preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and direct customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in QAD systems and advanced Excel functions, with experience in data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to delegate tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated learner with a passion for personal and professional growth.
