We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Americas Benefits Strategy Manager to join our team at Vialto Partners. As a key member of our benefits administration and strategy team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing employee benefit and wellbeing programs across the Americas region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive benefits strategies that align with the company's culture and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with global compensation and benefits teams, as well as internal stakeholders, to shape benefits structures that support employee well-being.
  • Oversee all benefits administration processes and programs to ensure optimal employee experience and engagement.
  • Manage leave of absence processes end-to-end, policies, and serve as subject matter expert for leave administration.
