We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing convenient Food & Beverage services to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional hospitality and personalized service to ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, bottled/draught beer, wine, and other beverages.
- Maintain bar inventory and liquor storage, ensuring that all products are properly stocked and organized.
- Clean and maintain bar glassware, surfaces, tools, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Serve food and snacks to customers, providing a high level of service and attention to detail.
- Accept payment from patrons and handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to responsible service of alcohol guidelines and ensure that all guests are served in a responsible and safe manner.
- Successful completion of a Bartending course at a recognized institution is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service and bartending in the restaurant and/or gaming industry is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional service to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
