Role Overview

This role offers the opportunity to govern a cutting-edge organization, contributing to the emergent tech-for-peace sector in North America and the Middle East. You'll work closely with our CEO, evaluating their performance and compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the overall performance of PeaceGeeks based on its strategic plan and outcomes.
  • Assess the performance of the CEO and determine their compensation.
Requirements
  • Governance skills and strategic thinking to drive organizational growth.
  • Experience serving on Boards of Directors, either non-profit or corporate.
  • Comprehensive expertise in human resources, finance, business, marketing, or tech sectors.
  • Ability to maintain impartiality and confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrated standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Knowledgeable about current issues and events locally and globally.
  • Effective written and verbal communication capabilities.
