Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Hearthstone Inn Dartmouth. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Marketing Materials: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with clients and promote our brand.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
