Job Title: General Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team at Muskoka Lumber and Building Supplies Centre Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to loading, unloading, and moving products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment. They will also operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products, as well as provide customer service and transport and distribute materials and goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment
  • Operating a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products
  • Providing customer service and responding to customer inquiries
  • Transporting and distributing materials and goods
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
