Craftsman Collision is a leading auto body repair chain in Canada, committed to excellence and people development. We’re seeking an ambitious Shop Manager at our North Vancouver West location.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive industry experience, including sales, customer service, management, or leadership
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of operations, budgeting, and expense management
  • I-CAR Platinum certification (asset)
  • Mitchell Estimating, Audatex, ALLDATA proficiency (asset)
  • ADAS systems, vehicle calibrations, and emerging vehicle technologies knowledge (asset)
  • Exceptional verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Prioritization, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Time management, problem solving, critical thinking, and sound judgement skills
  • Interpersonal skills with a customer service-oriented attitude
  • Outlook and video conferencing proficiency
  • Desire and aptitude for learning and development
  • Valid class 5 driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
  • Licence to work in Canada with no restrictions
