Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of developers, software architects, and product owners.
  • Ensure the performance and technical skill levels of team members within their squads.
  • Participate in SaaS architecture and contribute to the product life cycle.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations and develop improvement or development plans as needed.
  • Recruit new talent and establish service agreements with potential partners.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to management.
  • Promote the use of various tools and encourage collaboration between teams and departments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in software development.
  • 3+ years of experience in team management as a manager or team lead.
  • Experience in software architecture and proven delivery of at least one SaaS product.
  • Bilingual in French and English (oral and written).
  • Experience in object-oriented programming and server application development.
