Riverside Natural Foods, a leading manufacturer of organic and natural snacks, is seeking an experienced Asset Reliability Specialist Intern to support its Asset Management Reliability Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing Best-in-Class Asset Reliability Methods across multi-site locations.

Job Summary

This co-op position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team that values teamwork, humility, respect, ownership, adaptability, passion, and fun. The successful candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, exceptional time management and organizational skills, and the ability to exhibit humility throughout the company on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate and uphold Riverside's Core Values.
  • Understand and enforce Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Manage and update asset data and key equipment manuals in the CMMS system.
  • Support early asset management by ensuring asset hierarchy, BOMs, and spare parts are developed in the CMMS on a timely manner.
  • Assist in the development of KPIs and analytics for Reliability.
  • Collaborate with the Process Engineer to review downtime data history to identify trends and repeat events leading up to failures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
