Key Responsibilities
  • Tool Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Site Safety: Participate in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Support to Tradespersons: Provide assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including machines and immediate work areas.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Ensure the safe transportation of personnel and equipment, and maintain a valid driver's license.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, requiring manual dexterity, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
  • Weight Handling: Ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and a team player attitude.
Work Environment

Our garage is located in an urban area, and the work environment is noisy and dusty.

Work Setting

This is a permanent position, working 35 to 40 hours per week.

Language
