We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Care Provider to join our team at Sandeep Kumar And Nisha Bajaj. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children in the household.

About the Job

The Family Care Provider will work on a permanent basis, with an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working approximately 32-40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma but will have at least 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience. A strong ability to multitask and work independently is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Shop for food and household supplies as needed.
  • Travel with the family on trips and provide childcare and housekeeping services during these times.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children.
  • Establish and enforce discipline according to the parents' methods.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development skills.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information related to the children.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals for the family.
  • Help children prepare for rest periods and establish a bedtime routine.
  • Supervise and care for children at all times.
  • Prioritize the emotional well-being of children and provide comfort and support when needed.
