About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Senior S/4 HANA Project Manager to join our team at High Cliff Partners Inc. as a full-time permanent employee. This is a hybrid work setting with some occasional on-site presence required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end implementation of S/4HANA, leading a diverse team of up to 30 individuals comprising members from an internal team, the System Integrator (SI), and the end-user community.
  • Project Management: Proven experience in managing large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects, including leading an ERP deployment project from design, planning to execution.
  • Team Management: Establish clear and achievable goals, manage project scope, budget, and schedule, lead, motivate, and mobilize the project team, analyze the workload of team members, and adjust involvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage the relationship with project stakeholders, including internal and external clients, keep parties informed of progress and issues, and manage expectations of project requirements and deliverables.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that the quality control process is executed and obtains approval of project deliverables.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, determine action plans, and ensure that project issues are resolved appropriately.
  • Lessons Learned: Collect lessons learned and adjust project planning and execution accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work in collaboration with external firms and ensure that the project meets the client's expectations in terms of benefits.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience as an SAP Project Manager is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and a university degree or an equivalent (e.g. PMP) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in French and English (verbal and written) is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Microsoft office software packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) as well as Microsoft Project are required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
