Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and perfection of our guest areas, including corridors, rooms, and public spaces. You will also support our Guestroom Attendants in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our guest rooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the cleanliness and perfection of guest areas, including corridors, rooms, and public spaces.
  • Support Guestroom Attendants in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms.
  • Deliver guest request items to guest rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
  • Carry out any other related duties as specified by your Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience in a luxury hotel is ideal.
  • Knowledge of cleaning products and machines is a plus.
  • Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50lbs.
  • Requires reading, writing, and oral proficiency in French and English.
  • Ability to work all shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight.
