Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pastry Specialist to join our team at BC Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong work ethic.

About the Role

This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week, requiring a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and willingness to train.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare dough and batters for various baked goods according to recipes or special orders.
  • Bake mixed dough and batters.
  • Prepare special orders, including frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods.
  • Draw up production schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Operate machinery as required.
