About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Lawtons Drugs in Truro, Nova Scotia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient-centered care, including clinical services and medication management.
  • Initiate care plans, follow up, and complete associated documentation.
  • Collect relevant patient, drug, and medical condition information.
  • Identify and resolve actual and potential drug-related problems.
  • Monitor and optimize medication adherence.
  • Provide patient counseling tailored to individual needs and concerns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
  • Licensed Pharmacist in the province of Nova Scotia.
  • Authorization to Administer Injections.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
