We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Farm Laborer at 2225551 ONTARIO LIMITED. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of our farm, including planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
Key Responsibilities- Planting and Cultivating: Assist in planting and cultivating crops, including preparing soil, sowing seeds, and irrigating crops.
- Harvesting: Assist in harvesting crops, including picking, sorting, and packing produce.
- General Farm Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the farm, including cleaning equipment and tools.
As a Farm Laborer, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 to 80 hours per week, with overtime required as needed.
