Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truck Maintenance Technician to join our team at Warner Industries. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

About the Role:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on commercial transport trucks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
  • Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with truck systems, such as engine, transmission, and electrical problems.
  • Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, including engines, transmissions, and brakes.
  • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with drivers and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or certification in a relevant trade, such as automotive or heavy-duty mechanics.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a commercial transport setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
