Job Title: Site Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Development Manager to lead our construction site operations.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team at B.C. Ltd. as a Site Development Manager. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Management: Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Project Planning: Plan and prepare construction schedules, milestones, and progress reports, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Contract Negotiation: Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, protecting company interests.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings, identifying potential issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and manage budgets, ensuring financial accountability and transparency.
  • Purchase Management: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
  • Quality Programs: Develop and implement quality control programs, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Oversee the analysis of data and information, providing insights for informed decision-making.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering).
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • Languages: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
