This advanced clinical position manages a patient population with complex chronic health conditions. As a Social Worker III, you will work closely with nursing staff, leadership teams, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide health care services for patients with complex and multidimensional medical, psychosocial, environmental, and instrumental needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct advanced level assessments and treatments
  • Provide consultation to the interprofessional team and patients/families
  • Supervise students and team members as assigned
  • Act as a clinical lead, providing leadership in the planning, development, and delivery of services in a specific area
Required Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work. Active or eligible for registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW).

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding in the use of ACEs. Experience and training in Collaborative Problem Solving.
