Machinist - Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Specialist

Ruscan Doors Inc is seeking a skilled Machinist - Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Specialist to join our team. As a CNC machinist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer-controlled machine tools to manufacture precision parts and components.
Key Responsibilities- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust production machinery and tools to achieve optimal performance.
- Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance.
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances.
- Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments.
- Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools.
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
