Job Summary

MANN ROOFING LTD is seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing various types of roofing systems, including built-up roofing systems, single-ply roofing systems, and metal roofs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Install single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials, such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions
  • Repair or replace shingles and shakes on sloped roofs of buildings
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
Work Environment

As a Roofing Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced environment with physically demanding tasks. You will be required to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks. You will also be part of a team and will need to demonstrate dependability, reliability, and a team player attitude.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
