Job Summary

Zahid Butt Inc is seeking an experienced Automotive Body Shop Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our body shop, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards and on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of body shop technicians and support staff
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a body shop or related industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week. The work environment is outdoors, and the successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced body shop environment.

Language
