Job Summary


At Alberta Inc., we are seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Associate to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires a caring and compassionate individual to provide support to patients in various settings.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide basic care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist with feeding, toileting, and transferring patients.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to medical staff.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients by performing tasks such as bed making and linen changing.
  • Assist with administering medications and treatments as directed by medical staff.
  • Document patient care and activities in a clear and concise manner.


Requirements

  • Diploma or certificate in healthcare or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
