Responsibilities- Take on full responsibility for household management when parents are away
- Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children with care and attention
- Develop and implement engaging activities such as games and outings for children
- Prepare children for rest periods and ensure they receive proper nutrition and hygiene
- Provide emotional support and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1-6 months of relevant experience
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- Honesty and integrity
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. A basic security clearance is required for this position.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000 - $65,000, based on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
