Job Summary

Groupe Novatech Inc. is seeking a skilled Aluminum Doors and Windows Assembler to join our team. As an assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating aluminum doors and windows to meet our high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare work areas to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Load, feed, or place materials into machines to facilitate the assembly process.
  • Assemble parts and components using various techniques such as screwing, clipping, gluing, bonding, or welding.
  • Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires a physically demanding work environment, with regular lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect manufactured items for defects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Language and Work Conditions

This position requires fluency in French and involves temporary work with a 40-hour workweek.
