Child Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child Caregiver to join our team at Shui Wing Fung. As a Child Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children in a home-based setting.
Key Responsibilities- Household Management: Assume full responsibility for household management in the absence of parents, including light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Child Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, as well as supervise and care for them.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals for children.
- Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children and provide a safe and healthy environment.
- Activities and Outings: Organize activities such as games and outings for children.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
- Work Setting: Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
- Transportation: Public transportation is available.
- Client Focus: Ability to focus on the needs of children and their families.
- Interpersonal Skills: Efficient and effective communication skills.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
- Initiative: Proactive approach to problem-solving and task completion.
- Organized: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
