Our team is seeking a seasoned Risk Governance Specialist to join the Model Risks' Governance Team of the Risk Management Division (RISQ). As a key member of this team, you will contribute to developing and implementing an efficient risk management process for SG Group business activities.
">Job Description:
">The successful candidate will work closely with Senior Management to refine the model risk appetite and management framework for the Americas region. Key responsibilities include maintaining the AMER Model Inventory, performing quality control checks on independent model reviews, and implementing model risk processes. Additionally, the selected professional will support regulatory and audit preparation by preparing materials for regulators and internal/external audits.
">Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, candidates must possess at least 3+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in model risk. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is required. Strong policy documentation expertise, including drafting policy and procedure documentation, MIS reports, and materials for senior management and regulators, is also essential. Consultancy/Audit Firm experience is desirable.
">Salary and Benefits:
">We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including fully sponsored virtual healthcare assistance and Employee Assistance Program, our employees enjoy a minimum of 20 vacation days + 4 personal days, supportive maternity/paternity leave policies, and flexible work arrangements.
