Job Description

Biznes Financial Services Inc is seeking a skilled Financial Clerk to join our team. As a Financial Clerk, you will be responsible for compiling records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments, preparing real estate rentals, sales, and listings data, and storing, updating, and retrieving financial data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and Maintain Financial Records: Accurately compile and maintain records of deposit, loan, and mortgage payments.
  • Prepare Real Estate Data: Prepare real estate rentals, sales, and listings data for analysis and reporting.
  • Process Financial Transactions: Sort, verify, and process financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and Balance Transactions: Verify and balance transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Notify Customers: Notify customers regarding account discrepancies and provide resolution.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
