We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Behavioral Health Mentor to join our team at Embark Behavioral Health. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing emotional support, guidance, and education to adolescent girls aged 13-18 who are struggling with mental health issues. Your expertise in crisis management and de-escalation techniques will be invaluable in helping us maintain a safe and supportive environment for our clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience working with adolescent populations and will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with an associate's or bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, or a related field preferred.
