About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Assistant to join our team at RB Building Supply Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Materials: Safely load and unload construction materials, including lumber, drywall, and other building supplies.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris, leveling earth, and ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Tool Operation: Operate various tools and equipment, including power saws, drills, and mixers, to assist in construction tasks.
  • Material Handling: Assist in mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Site Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing tools and equipment.
  • Debris Removal: Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
