Built-Up Flat Roofer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Built-Up Flat Roofer to join our team at Albkos Group Inc. As a key member of our roofing team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining built-up roofing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install built-up roofing systems using materials such as asphalt saturated felts and hot asphalt and gravel
  • Repair or replace single-ply roofing systems
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level
  • Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools
  • Install sheet metal flashings
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the roofing industry
  • Valid driver's license and own transportation
  • Ability to work at heights, in noisy and dusty environments, and outdoors
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and repetitive tasks
