About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Chevron. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales floor staff and ensuring that our stores operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales floor staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Store Operations
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling.
    • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and that the store is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other key metrics.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these areas.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional Skills
    • Experience with inventory management and visual merchandising.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
