Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at North-East Convenience Store Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Manage cash and maintain a secure and organized store environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic retail environment with a team of sales workers. The store is open 30 to 40 hours per week, and the supervisor will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
