About the Role

This is a hands-on position that requires completion of tasks at our physical location. We do not offer remote work options.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing welding tasks and other related duties. This role involves working with us to develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to provide workspace accommodations tailored to meet the physical needs of mature workers.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annumWhat We Offer

We offer competitive compensation packages, including a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide on-the-job training tailored to youth and assist with immediate transition needs of Veterans, such as relocation and housing support.
