Your focus will be on creating a customer-centric environment, partnering with fellow advisors to deliver comprehensive advice and support to clients.

* Managing an assigned portfolio of small business owner relationships to achieve retention and negotiated goals
* Developing relationships with various Centres of Influence to create a strong presence within the local business community
* Proactively engaging with new and existing clients to build strong, ongoing relationships and provide comprehensive advice
* Partnering with fellow advisors to create a customer-centric environment
Requirements:
* Results-oriented attitude and sound knowledge of the small business market
* Excellent business development techniques and understanding of small business legal structures and life cycles
* Strong relationship-building and communication skills
* Education in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience as a small business owner
* Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
