About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall and Acoustical Installer Helper to join our team at G Star Homes. As a key member of our construction team, you will assist in the installation of drywall and acoustical materials, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting our strict standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to ensure a solid foundation for our drywall and acoustical installations.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring a smooth and even surface for our construction projects.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work, including cleaning up chemical spills and removing rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Mix plaster ingredients to the desired consistency, applying coats of stucco to exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces.
Requirements
  • Physical stamina to work in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to perform tasks requiring precision and accuracy.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as required, with a strong commitment to teamwork and reliability.
