About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice-President to join our team at AirBoss of America Corp. in a leadership position that will drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy: Provide strategic direction and leadership to our manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality across our manufacturing facilities.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of experienced professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to drive growth and revenue.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, engineering, or operations management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Certifications: Possess relevant certifications, such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Setting: Manufacturing or production environment.
