About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at Maxi. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and cash wrap area.
  • Support the implementation of sales promotions and programs, including setting up displays and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
