Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Michael Page International Canada Limited. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the Collateral Dashboard and ILST roadmap in a fast-paced, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep abreast of emerging issues, risks, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts in alignment with risk appetite.
- Contribute to the end-to-end customer vision and solution while following change management, project-level delivery framework, and governance best practices.
- Create and maintain comprehensive delivery management artifacts, as required by governance standards, to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of liquidity metrics (LCR, LRM, 2052a, NCCF, etc.) and Stress testing.
- Business requirement gathering, analysis, business process modeling and documentation within the financial and/or IT industry.
- Ability to document requirements using Jira and Confluence, and experience with conducting User Acceptance Testing, including designing tests, develop detailed test cases and test plans and documenting results.
- University degree in mathematics, finance, or related field.
- Industry certification (e.g. CFA, CSC, FRM) preferred.
- Wholesale Banking, Capital Markets experience, strong understanding of liquidity risk, stress testing, and financial markets.
