Are you a sales professional with a passion for adventure travel? Do you have a knack for building relationships and driving sales? We're looking for a talented Sales Consultant to join our team at Adventure Canada, a dynamic leader in regenerative travel.

About the Role:

  • Connect with prospective travelers to drive and close daily sales and meet service KPIs
  • Qualify prospects using a CRM, data analytics, and effective questioning techniques
  • Ensure seamless booking processes and procedures for streamlined sales
  • Develop in-depth regional knowledge of Adventure Canada's travel calendar
  • Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to improve processes, policies, and guest experiences
  • Represent Adventure Canada at tradeshows, events, and on expeditions
  • Embody and articulate the Adventure Canada ethos of travel as a tool for positive change

Essential Qualifications:

  • TICO certification
  • 2+ years of successful B2B and B2C sales experience
  • 2+ years of CRM experience in sales or related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software
  • Comfort and experience selling to sophisticated clientele
  • Flexibility in work hours and willingness to travel for business
  • Collaborative, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Excellent public speaking, interpersonal, written, and communication skills
  • Fluency in French and English is an asset
  • Commitment to lifelong learning and the Truth & Reconciliation Commissions calls to action
