Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to alarm calls and conduct site inspections to ensure the safety and security of clients and visitors.
  • Make quick decisions and take decisive action in emergency situations, exercising minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, visitors, and colleagues, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to resolve challenges and concerns.
  • Write comprehensive reports and maintain accurate records, adhering to established protocols and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 1 year of security experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
  • A minimum of 1 year of driving experience in Canada, with a valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean driving abstract.
  • Able to provide a high level of flexibility, working a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
  • Security Guard License and security experience, with a strong emphasis on being bondable.
  • High School Diploma, with a focus on academic excellence and a strong work ethic.

Education and Certification

  • Grade 12 or GED equivalent, demonstrating a solid foundation in academic studies.
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
