Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Project Director to join our team at State Window Corporation. Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, and Field Coordinators.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Engineering and Purchasing, to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders.
    • Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or Civil Engineering.
    • Project Management Professional Certification or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical staff and working in the construction industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
    • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Working Conditions

This role requires a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines. The successful candidate will be required to work on-site, in an office setting, and occasionally travel to visit sites, clients, or suppliers.
