Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray) Opportunity

The Radiology Team at Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray) to join their team on a permanent part-time basis (0.83 FTE). This role will involve working days and evenings, with a variety of shifts including 07:30 to 15:30, 08:00 to 16:00, 09:00 to 17:00, 10:00 to 18:00, and 15:30 to 23:30. Call is associated with this position.

As a Medical Radiation Technologist (X-Ray), you will have the opportunity to work in multiple Interior Health sites within surrounding communities, including Castlegar, Grand Forks, Nakusp, Nelson, and New Denver. You will also have the option to train in other modalities, such as Mammography, CT, and MRI.

What You Will Work On

Medical Imaging staff at KBRH work with a diverse range of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, providing imaging for trauma, OR procedures, fluoroscopy, and general X-ray procedures.
