Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our quality department, you will be responsible for leading quality-related work and data statistical analysis for new project stages.

Responsibilities

1. **Lead Quality Initiatives**: Develop and implement quality improvement plans to enhance product quality and reduce defects.

2. **Data Analysis**: Conduct statistical analysis of quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

3. **Process Improvement**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that drive quality and efficiency.

4. **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality-related issues and concerns.

5. **Team Leadership**: Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their jobs effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Experience**: More than two years of work experience in electronics manufacturing, preferably in a quality assurance or management role.

2. Knowledge**: Familiarity with PCB and PCBA inspection standards, as well as understanding of relevant content related to 8D reports.

3. Skillset**: Proficiency in using office software and strong analytical skills.

4. Education**: A degree in a computer/electronics-related field is preferred but not required.

Estimated Salary Range
